• Shipping Method: Due to regulations regarding liquids and flammability, perfumes are shipped via surface transport. Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene:

Non-Returnable: Opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Unopened Items:Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Received a Damaged Parcel? We pack our perfumes with extreme care, but accidents can happen during transit. If your bottle arrives broken or leaking, we will replace it immediately!

To claim a replacement, you must provide an unboxing video. This helps us prove to our courier partners that the damage happened during transit.

How to Record: Please record a single, continuous video starting from the sealed parcel. Show the shipping label, open the box, and inspect the bottle. If there is damage, please show it clearly.

Note: Claims without an unboxing video may be rejected.
