By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

• Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
• Cosmetic Use Only: Our products are intended for personal cosmetic use. They are not intended for medicinal use.
• Allergy Disclaimer: Perfumes contain natural and synthetic ingredients including essential oils, which may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Youm & Layl is not liable for any allergic reaction or injury caused by the use of our products. We strongly recommend performing a "patch test" on a small area of skin 24 hours before full use.

PRICING AND BILLING Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email or phone number provided.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Hazmat Restrictions: Perfumes are categorized as "Dangerous Goods" (Flammable) by courier partners. Therefore, shipping may be restricted to surface transport in certain regions, which may take longer than standard air mail.
• Timeline: Estimated delivery times are [5-7] business days. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner or Force Majeure events (e.g., strikes, weather, government restrictions).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

• Hygiene Clause: Due to the nature of our products (personal care/cosmetics), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product packaging/seal has been opened or tampered with. This is in compliance with hygiene standards.
• Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or leaking bottle, you must record an unboxing video clearly showing the damage and email it to support@youmlayl.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement or refund after verification.
• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this site (images, text, logos, product descriptions) is the property of Youm & Layl You may not use our product photos for commercial purposes without express written permission.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
