SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AREA Currently, we ship to valid postal addresses within India. We do not ship internationally at this moment.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• Handling Time: We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during festivals or sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or SMS.

IMPORTANT: PERFUME SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

• Please note that Perfumes and Aerosols are categorized as "Dangerous Goods" (Flammable Liquids) by aviation authorities.
• Therefore, they cannot be shipped via Air Cargo. All perfume orders must travel via Surface Transport (Road/Rail).
• As a result, delivery times are slightly longer than standard general merchandise (like clothes or books). We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding these safety regulations.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES Once shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Kerala & South India: 2 - 3 Business Days
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata): 4 - 6 Business Days
• Rest of India: 5 - 8 Business Days
• North East & J&K: 7 - 12 Business Days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of ₹90 for orders below ₹[Amount].
• Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping for all orders above ₹999.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A convenience fee of ₹50 may apply for COD orders to cover cash-handling charges by the courier.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a Tracking ID and a link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier partner’s website.

NON-DELIVERY & RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)

• Our courier partners will make three (3) attempts to deliver your package.
• If you are unavailable to receive the package after three attempts, or if you refuse to accept the delivery, the shipment will be returned to us (RTO).
• For Prepaid Orders: If an RTO happens due to an incorrect address provided by you or unavailability, we will refund your amount minus the forward and reverse shipping charges incurred by us.
• For COD Orders: Customers who repeatedly reject COD shipments may be blocked from future COD purchases.

DAMAGED PACKAGING If the external packaging feels significantly damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept the package. Ask the courier to mark it as "Refused due to Damage" and contact us immediately.
