RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Youm & Layl. We take great pride in our perfumes and want you to love them. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds

DAMAGES AND ISSUES (THE "UNBOXING VIDEO" RULE) We pack our bottles with extreme care. However, if a breakage occurs during transit, we will replace it. Mandatory Requirement: To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged, leaking, or missing product, you must provide an unboxing video.

• Video Guidelines: The video must be continuous (no cuts), showing the package label clearly, opening the box, and revealing the damaged product.
• Reporting Time: You must report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.
• No Video, No Refund: Without this video evidence, we cannot claim insurance from our courier partners, and therefore, we cannot issue a refund to you.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED If you received a different product than what you ordered, please keep the product sealed and unused.

• Contact us immediately at Support@youmlayl.com with your Order ID and a photo of the product received.
• We will arrange a reverse pickup for the wrong item and dispatch the correct one immediately.

HOW TO INITIATE A REQUEST To start a return request for a damaged or wrong item:

1. Email us at Support@youmlayl.com
2. Subject Line: "Return Request - Order #[12345]"
3. Attach your Unboxing Video and photos of the issue.
4. We will review your request within 24 business hours.

REFUND PROCESS If your return/refund is approved:

• For Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to your original payment source (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet) within 5-7 business days after approval.
• For COD Orders: You will be asked to provide your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund will be processed to this account within 5-7 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us immediately.
• After Shipment: Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

SHIPPING RETURNS

• Reverse Pickup: Since perfumes are "Dangerous Goods" (Flammable), you cannot ship them back to us using standard local couriers. If a return is approved by us (for damage/wrong item), we will arrange the reverse pickup from your location.
• If our courier partner does not service your Postal Code for reverse pickup, we may issue a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
